Orders must be canceled within 24 hours or before it is shipped out. We request this because of shipping costs. Once an order is shipped out, if you change your mind and decide you don't want the mirror anymore you are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the mirror back to our warehouse. We accept and encourage returns if you no longer need the mirror but due to the size of the mirrors we can't cover the shipping costs for every return we receive.

If you need to change your shipping address for any reason at all we request that you reach out to us ASAP after placing your order due to the high cost of shipping labels for our mirrors. Are mirrors are heavy and come in pretty large boxes and we want to get things right the first time to avoid unnecessary costs on our side or the customers. If you need to change your shipping address please reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we'd be glad to update your order information

Immediately after placing your order we will email you a confirmation letting you know your order number, what address we have on file, and what you ordered. Our goal is transparency and we understand that our mirrors are a premium product worth a good amount of money so if possible we will even add a estimated receival date in the confirmation email if we have it available.

Absolutely. As soon as we mark your order as shipped we upload the tracking information to our system and email you it as well. We also have a Track Your Order feature on our website where you can upload your order number or tracking number at any time leading up to you receiving your mirror

We understand that we are shipping mirrors that may be assumed as delicate but we've taken multiple steps to ensure that our mirrors almost never arrive damaged. Over time we were able to learn what works and what does not. Our mirrors are made using a thick Acrylic mirror that is held securely in place and will not crack or shatter unless it is directly hit with something. Besides using a high quality mirror we package our mirrors in a corrugated box with multiple layers of Styrofoam and protective wrapping to make sure every mirror arrives in one piece. We understand mistakes happen and damage is a possibility, if that happens please reach out to our support team ASAP and we will request images of the damage so we can reach out to the carrier and potentially use the insurance they provide.
